Growing up in a family of ten children, Adam played a lot of sports and had a paper route at age 5. With his wife and two children, Natalie and Crew, he travels to Minnesota for family reunions and spending summer vacations at the family lake house.
Sports injuries that required a lot of physical therapy inspired Adam to study Exercise Science at Brigham Young University before earning both his Masters and Doctorate degrees in Physical Therapy from the University of Utah. He holds multiple advanced clinical certifications, including Board Certifications in Sports and Orthopedics, as well as a teaching certificate from Central Washington University. He also works as a Sports and Health Science teacher at Tahoma High School.
As a Physical Therapist, he loves building relationships with patients and being part of helping them return to full function. In 2002, he seized the opportunity to work with elite athletes at the Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City.
When he’s not working, teaching or spending time with his family, Adam enjoys sports, working out, yardwork, reading and being a clean freak. He is currently learning to play the guitar and perfect his Bigfoot calls.
